Human resources directorate undertakes the works of central bureau, electronic archiving, human resources, formations, personnel affairs works, human resources development works, and training and development works
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties of central bureau and electronic archiving department:
· Supervising over implementation of printing, copying and distributing works as per corporation's needs;
· Recording, classifying, archiving, documenting, and filing outgoing and incoming correspondences;
· Follow-up employee attendance and leaving hours,and preparing the required reports;
· Supervising over the works of cleaning, guarding, servicing, safety and security requirements for the corporation's buildings;
· Archiving outgoing and incoming correspondences electronically;
 
The duties of human resources and formations department:
· Inventory of vacancies and new jobs in the corporation which require studying and preparing formulation tables;
· Announcing the required jobs according to prepared criteria;
· Organizing interviews and follow-up recruiting procedures for jobs candidates;   
· Preparing and developing the forms related to administrative affairs in the corporation;
· Follow-up the procedures of employee promotion;
· Organizing annual increases and accrued promotions for employees and follow-up their implementation procedures; 
· Supervising over of organizing and keeping files;
 
The duties of personnel affairs department:
· Employees timekeeping, extract statements and related reports;
· First check verifying to health insurance claims;
· Delegating additional work;
· Delegating work at the expense of projects;
· Transfer procedures;
· Evaluation, confirmation, annual reports, and performance records;
· Secondment, deputation and external transfer;
· Leave without pay, incidental and sick leaves;
· Family allowances;
· Penalties, deduction of salary, absence from work, and preparing fines letters;
·  Announcements and external correspondences;
·  Annual leaves and official hours;
· Changing job titles;
· Experience certificates and travel permits
· Coordinating works of cadre in directorates and provinces;
· Commence work and discharge from work;
· Financial guarantees and preparing committees letters;
· Entering data in computer, and electronic archiving of employees' files;
· Preparing studies related to department's works;
· Preparing the annual plan of the department;
 
The duties of training and developing department:
· Identifying training needs for corporation's employees;
· Developing strategic and executive plans to train and evaluate corporation's employees;
· Evaluating the effectiveness of training corporation's employees;
· Conducting the procedure of delegating corporation's employees on scholarships and training courses, and follow up their study progress;
· Participating in preparing and studying organizational structures development for various administrative units in the corporation;
· Participating in preparing job description for technical and administrative jobs, and requirements of their occupants;
· Participating in identifying the corporation needs of administrative development activities;
· Participating in preparing law projects, systems, and organizational instructions related to the corporation work and development;
· Participating in the plan of preparation and development of work procedures manual in various administrative units in the corporation;
