بحث مدير عام مؤسّسة التّدريب المهني المهندس أحمد مفلح الغرايبه، مع مدير مكتب LDS الأمريكية السيد مارك جونستون، ومدير العمليات الرئيسي السيد بويس فيتسجرالد، والمستشار رولاند باك، سبل وآفاق التعاون المشتركة، بحضور مساعد المدير العام للشؤون الفنية والإدارية المهندس إبراهيم الطراونة، ومدير تطوير الأعمال السيد رأفت الصوافين.

وأبدى المهندس الغرايبه خلال الإجتماع اهتمام المؤسّسة بتعزيز التعاون والشراكة مع الجهات المانحة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني المحلية والدولية لتوفير بيئة تدريبية جاذبة وتتوافق مع متطلبات القطاع الخاص وأسواق العمل المحلية والدولية، مؤكداً أن المحاور الاستراتيجية للمؤسّسة للأعوام 2022-2025 تتضمن ذلك وتهتم بالمتدرب والمدرب كونهما أساس العملية التدريبية وعلينا الحرص على توفير البيئة الفيزيائية والتقنية التي تضمن جودة التدريب المقدم وتراعي متطلبات السلامة والصحة المهنية وفقاً للمعايير الدولية الفضلى.

من جانبهم، أبدى الوفد الزائر إعجابه بمؤسّسة التدريب المهني ودوره التنموي الهام لتأهيل الشباب الذكور والإناث بالمهارات المطلوبة في سوق العمل.

The Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, Eng. Ahmad Mofleh Al-Gharaibeh, discussed with Jordan Country Directors of LDS, Mr. Mark Johnston and Mrs. Lynne Johnston, Area Welfare Manager, Mr. Boyce Fitzgerald, and the Area Presidency Second Consultant Mr. Roland J. Back, ways and prospects for enhancing joint cooperation between the two sides, in the presence of the Assistant Director-General for Technical and Administrative Affairs, Engineer Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh, and the Director of Business Development, Mr. Raafat Al-Sawafin.

During the meeting, Eng. Al-Gharaibeh expressed the VTC’s interest in strengthening cooperation and partnership with donors and local and international civil society institutions to provide an attractive training environment that complies with the requirements of the private sector and local and international labor markets, stressing that the VTC’s strategic pillars for the years 2022-2025 include this and along with focus on developing the skills of the trainee and trainer being the basis of the process. We must ensure the provision of a physical and technical environment that guarantees the quality of the training provided and takes into account the requirements of occupational safety and health in accordance with best international standards.

For their part, the visiting delegation expressed their admiration for the Vocational Training Corporation and its important developmental role in qualifying male and female youth with the skills required in the labor market.
