Live Production Demonstrations Highlighted Training Outcomes and Opened New Opportunities for Cooperation with Specialized Companies and Institutions
The Vocational Training Corporation concluded its participation in INFTEXPO 2026, held from September 4–6, 2026, at the Amman International Motor Show on Airport Road, with broad participation from companies and institutions specializing in the food and food technology sectors from Jordan and several countries around the world.
During its participation, the Corporation presented live production demonstrations to exhibition visitors, including snack production and tasting samples, cold beverage preparation through the Barista Department, as well as a live demonstration of fruit and vegetable drying. The activities were carried out with the participation of Ain Al-Basha Vocational Training Institute, the Jordan Academy for Tourism and Hospitality, and Mu’ah Vocational Training Institute.
The Corporation’s pavilion attracted significant interest from visitors and specialized organizations, while also providing opportunities for communication and networking with a number of private-sector companies and institutions. This contributed to promoting the Corporation’s training outcomes and opening new avenues for cooperation and partnership.
The participation also provided an important opportunity to showcase the Vocational Training Corporation’s capabilities in areas related to the food sector and promote its training outcomes to a specialized audience, while gaining insights into the latest trends and technologies in the sector. This contributes to better aligning training programs with labor market needs and developing skills in line with the requirements of productive sectors.
The participation enabled trainees and trainers to engage directly with sector stakeholders and learn about its needs and trends, in an experience that demonstrated the importance of practical training and its ability to prepare qualified professionals for the labor market.
The Corporation’s participation came as part of an exhibition bringing together around 200 companies from 25 countries, providing a specialized platform for networking with organizations operating in the food sector and showcasing the capabilities and training outcomes of the Vocational Training Corporation to the private sector.
Through this participation, the Vocational Training Corporation reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its presence across productive sectors, strengthening communication channels with employers, and providing trainees and trainers with opportunities to showcase their skills on specialized platforms. This supports the transition from acquiring skills to applying and utilizing them in productive activities, while opening new opportunities for employment and job creation.
