About the Corporation

The Vocational Training Corporation was established in 1976 to be the first national incubator to qualify young people and empower them with the skills required in the labor market. Since its launch, the Foundation has been committed to a vision consistent with the high royal directives, and with the tireless support and follow-up of His Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, with the aim of preparing a qualified generation that keeps pace with the needs of the local and regional market. The Foundation works to train young people, raise the efficiency of workers in various sectors, keep pace with technological developments, and update training programs to keep pace with the times, within an integrated vocational training system.

The success stories at the Vocational Training Corporation serve as a vivid reflection of its mission to empower young men and women and open new horizons for them in the labor market.

Many of the Corporation’s graduates have been able to transform their acquired skills into productive projects and promising job opportunities, contributing to the improvement of their economic and social conditions.
