The Vocational Training Corporation was established in 1976 to qualify a youth to have the required skills in the labor market. Our vision was created in accordance with the royal directives and with the close follow-up of His Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, aiming to prepare young people to meet the needs of the labor market. In addition to training the current workers, raising their competencies and keeping pace with technological developments.

It was instructed by His Majesty the King to establish Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency on 04.09.2002. the purpose of the Award is to improve and develop the performance of ministries and government organizations in serving Jordan citizens, residents, tourists, and investors by raising awareness of excellence and transparency performance management concepts.
