VTC Directorates

Tasks of the Institutional Performance Development Directorate include the following:

  • Monitor the VTC'S achievements and evaluate its performance periodically and regularly.
  • Develop the organizational structure of the VTC and take part in local awards announced; i.e. King Abdulla II Award for Excellence and Transparency, Prince Hassan Award, etc.
  • Manage change processes aimed at improving the capabilities of the VTC to keep pace with development and enable it to solve its problems and be able to face multiple challenges.
  • Set standards and mechanisms for quality control, monitoring implementation and evaluation.
  • Follow up on everything related to gender and prepare reports on that.
  • Provide a deep-rooted organizational environment for a culture of excellence.
