VTC Directorates

Tasks of the Institutional Performance Development Directorate include the following:

Monitor the VTC'S achievements and evaluate its performance periodically and regularly.
Develop the organizational structure of the VTC and take part in local awards announced; i.e. King Abdulla II Award for Excellence and Transparency, Prince Hassan Award, etc.
Manage change processes aimed at improving the capabilities of the VTC to keep pace with development and enable it to solve its problems and be able to face multiple challenges.
Set standards and mechanisms for quality control, monitoring implementation and evaluation.
Follow up on everything related to gender and prepare reports on that.
Provide a deep-rooted organizational environment for a culture of excellence.
