Tasks of the Occupational Work Organization Directorate include the following:
- Classification of shops into four categories (A, B, C, and D) according to the approved standards (capacity of the shop, equipment and supplies that must be met in the shop, requirements for occupational safety and health, the skills of workers, their number, and the technical level of management).
- Carry out inspections of the shops within the occupations covered by the provisions of the law, and ensure the availability of a license to practice the occupation for workers and the classification certificate for the shops, provide advice and guidance, and educate the owners of shops and their workers about the provisions of the law.
- Provide a deep-rooted organizational environment for a culture of excellence.
