Tasks of the Directorate of Programs, Tests and Learning Resources include the following:

Prepare and implement policies and work plans regarding the preparation of programs, curricula, learning resources, vocational tests for basic work levels in addition to electronic training.
Coordinate with public and private sector institutions regarding programs, curricula, learning resources, vocational examinations and e-training.
Analyze, study and evaluate programs, curricula and vocational tests carried out in the VTC's institutes and various training sites.
Prepare and develop vocational tests for the purposes of organizing occupational work and training programs applied to the basic work levels.
Cooperate with the Center of Accreditation and Quality Assurance in the field of preparing classification guides, occupational description and occupational analysis.
Prepare and develop electronic content for theoretical and practical electronic enrichment of exercise cards and educational materials for all occupational sectors.
Provide a deep-rooted organizational environment for a culture of excellence.
