Tasks of the Human Resources Directorate include the following:

• Plan for the employment of staff that have the precise qualifications, skills and experiences required for the job.
• Administer human resources to ensure the implementation of instructions, administrative decisions and procedures related to personnel affairs.
• Raise the performance levels of the VTC's employees to achieve the qualitative and quantitative standards required to perform work efficiently and effectively.
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees to perform their duties and provide their services at the required level.
• Supervise the provision of administrative services in the VTC.
• Manage transportation services in the VTC.
• Provide a deep-rooted organizational environment for a culture of excellence.
