Tasks of the Directorate of Planning and International Cooperation include the following:

• Prepare agreements and Memoranda of Understanding and follow up on their implementation with all internal and external bodies.
• Follow up the implementation of the VTC projects.
• Follow up on bilateral cooperation relations with countries and international and regional institutions.
• Conduct studies related to the areas of work of the VTC.
• Develop work plans and mechanisms for strategic planning.
• Provide a deep-rooted organizational environment for a culture of excellence.
