Tasks of the Curricula, Programs and Examinations Directorate
Supervising the preparation of the draft annual plan for curricula, training programs, and learning resources, ensuring compliance with quality standards and including mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation.
Overseeing the development of curricula and training programs included in the plan, in coordination with institute directors, specialists, and trainers, and ensuring their approval according to established procedures and standards.
Ensuring the establishment of guidelines for professional examinations, preparing exam materials, and providing them to the institutes.
Supervising the scheduling, administration, and monitoring of exams and tests to ensure proper conduct.
Overseeing the approval of exam and test results in accordance with approved instructions.
Supervising the preparation of educational materials and monitoring their printing.
Ensuring that training programs and their plans are published on the institution’s website in coordination with relevant departments.
Ensuring that institutes identify, secure, and manage training materials, tools, curricula, printed materials, training halls, and other resources.
Contributing to the exchange of expertise with similar Arab and international institutes in vocational training, in collaboration with the Directorate of Communication and Media.
Supervising the development of electronic services available through e-learning platforms for training on curricula.
