Supervising the generation of entrepreneurship and innovation motivation and equipping students and trainees with the necessary skills.

Ensuring research, studies, and provision of technical consultancy related to trainers’ training needs.
Supervising the development of the Business Idea production model in coordination with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department, and selecting production activities based on available workshops and vocational training programs.
Supervising the management of production activities, from purchasing raw materials to planning marketing and finding suitable markets for products.
Supervising the marketing of vocational training services and programs delivered by the institution.
Supervising the marketing of production work reflecting training specializations in the institutes.
Ensuring the use of the institution's website for marketing services, highlighting activities, and serving as a portal for internal and external communication.
Searching for funding opportunities and understanding the eligibility requirements to secure necessary financial resources for institutional programs and projects.
Coordinating with relevant entities to take advantage of available funding opportunities.
Ensuring proper management of funded programs and projects technically and administratively, and monitoring contracts with expertise centers, experts, or consultants.
Ensuring the development of a database on donor countries and funding agencies.
