Providing admissions and registration services for all training programs offered by the institution in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
Managing all training certificate services, including issuance, authentication, and equivalency.
Overseeing trainee status and managing all matters related to the training process.
Monitoring trainees both in classrooms and on practical training sites.
Managing and supervising career guidance programs, activities, and processes.
Organizing and monitoring extracurricular activities, evaluating their implementation and outcomes.
Providing individual or group career guidance, either in-person or remotely, regarding potential employment opportunities and career pathways.
Supporting graduates and soon-to-graduate trainees to enhance their employability in collaboration with the private sector.
