بحث رئيس مجلس مفوضي سلطة إقليم البترا التنموي السياحي الدكتور فارس البريزات، ومدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبة، بحضور مفوض التنمية المستدامة الدكتورة فاطمة الهلالات، التعاون لتطوير مشاريع تنموية تدريبية، وتطوير عمل الجمعيات في المنطقة.
وقال البريزات، وفق بيان للسلطة امس الاثنين، إن السلطة تُنفذ من خلال مفوضية التنمية المستدامة العديد من البرامج التدريبية لأبناء المنطقة كما تعمل على توسيع تلك البرامج لتشمل عددا أكبر من أبناء الإقليم.
وأشار إلى أن السلطة على استعداد للتعاون مع المؤسسة لإيجاد برامج تدريبية لرفع مستوى العاملين في القطاع السياحي والجمعيات والأفراد.
من جانبه، بين الغرايبة أن التعاون مع السلطة سيسهم في الوصول إلى شريحة أكبر من المستفيدين من برامج التدريب المهني، إضافة إلى استحداث برامج تدريبية متخصصة بمدينة البترا وتواكب الأعمال الموجودة في المنطقة كصيانة المواقع الأثرية والفندقة والسياحة والخزف.
و أضاف، أن المؤسسة حريصة على تعزيز تعاونها مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والقطاعات التنموية، لتوفير برامج تدريبية نوعية للشباب والشابات بالمحافظات كافة، لافتا إلى تنفيذ وتسويق برامج تدريبية مشتركة، والسعي لعقد المزيد من الشراكات النوعية لتطوير برامجها التدريبية وبما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل.
وبينت الهلالات أن السلطة تعمل بالتعاون مع المؤسسة على عدة برامج تدريبية تستهدف أبناء المنطقة وخاصة السيدات في عدة مجالات منها صناعة الحلي والمجوهرات والمطبخ الإنتاجي وصناعة الفخار والخزف وتهديب الشماغ الأردني، وستعمل على تطوير عمل الجمعيات، ومشاريع صغيرة تعكس الطابع الخاص بالإقليم البترا.
واطلع الغرايبة خلال زيارته معهد تدريب مهني البتراء، على واقع العملية التدريبية والبرامج المنفذة داخل المعهد للوقوف على احتياجاته.

Petra region and" vocational training " discuss cooperation 

 The chairman of the board of Commissioners of the Petra Regional Tourism Development Authority, Dr. Fares al-brizat, and the director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, in the presence of the commissioner of Sustainable Development, Dr. Fatima Al-hilalat, discussed cooperation to develop training development projects and develop the work of associations in the region.
According to a statement by the authority on Monday, the authority is implementing through the commission for sustainable development many training programs for the people of the region and is working to expand those programs to include a larger number of the people of the region.
He pointed out that the authority is ready to cooperate with the foundation to find training programs to raise the level of workers in the tourism sector, associations and individuals.
For his part, Al-gharaiba pointed out that cooperation with the authority will contribute to reaching a larger segment of beneficiaries of vocational training programs, in addition to the development of specialized training programs in the city of Petra and keeping pace with the existing works in the region such as the maintenance of archaeological sites, hotels, tourism and ceramics.
He added that the foundation is keen to strengthen its cooperation with local community institutions and development sectors to provide quality training programs for young men and women in all governorates, pointing to the implementation and marketing of joint training programs, and seeking to hold more qualitative partnerships to develop its training programs in line with the requirements of the labor market.
Al hilalat pointed out that the authority is working in cooperation with the foundation on several training programs targeting the people of the region, especially women, in several fields, including the jewelry and jewelry industry, the production kitchen, pottery and porcelain industry, and the Jordanian shemagh fringing, and will work to develop the work of associations and small projects that reflect the special character of the Petra region.
During his visit to the Petra vocational training institute, Al-gharaiba was briefed on the reality of the training process and the programs implemented within the institute to identify its needs.
