بحث مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبة مع رئيس وأعضاء مجلس محافظة العقبة، سبل تطوير منظومة التدريب المهني بما يواكب التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتخصصات المستقبل وينسجم مع احتياجات سوق العمل، والقضايا التي تواجه قطاع التدريب المهني وزيادة التشاركية وتوفير الفرص النوعية المستدامة الشباب.

وقال الغرايبة إن المؤسسة وبالتعاون مع مجلس محافظة العقبة، ستباشر بإعادة تأهيل فندق السابلة التابع للمؤسسة والمباشرة بإنشاء أكاديمية متخصصة في فنون الطهي بحيث تتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل في المحافظة.

وأكد أهمية تطوير منظومة التدريب المهني ووضع خطة للبدء باستحداث تخصصات وبرامج متخصصة في المحافظة مبنية على المعايير الدولية، لافتا الى أن المؤسّسة جزء أساسي من عناصر التنمية، ومعنية في عمليات التأهيل والتدريب وتنمية المهارات لدى الشباب والشابات من أجل صقل مهاراتهم وإدخالهم لسوق العمل وفقا لمتطلباته.

من جانبه، أكد رئيس مجلس محافظة العقبة عماد عمرو، استعداد المجلس للتعاون الكامل مع المؤسسة من خلال إتاحة البنية التحتية لإنشاء الأكاديمية لإتاحة فرص التدريب النوعي للشباب الذكور والإناث.

وأشار إلى دور مؤسسة التدريب المهني المتميز وأهمية مساندتها وتقديم جميع أشكال الدعم لها، لتطوير المنظومة التدريبية فيها، لافتا إلى تجربة مجلس المحافظة مع المؤسسة في تطوير البرامج التدريبية المطبقة في المعهد خلال السنوات الماضية بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل.

Vocational training and the Turkish agency "TIKA" discuss ways and prospects of cooperation

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, discussed with the director of the Office of the Turkish agency for cooperation and coordination "Tika" in Amman, Abdulrahman Soylu, ways and prospects of cooperation between the two sides, in the presence of Assistant Director General of vocational training for technical and administrative affairs Eng. Ibrahim al-Tarawneh, director of the tourism project Eyad al-sharouf and program manager at the Turkish agency Mahmoud Abu hadeeb

During the meeting held at the agency's headquarters in Amman, gharaiba stressed the foundation's interest in strengthening its cooperation with international bodies concerned with the development of the vocational and technical training sector in Jordan to provide quality programs for young men and women in all governorates
He reviewed the strategic axes of the foundation for the years 2022-2025 emanating from the vision of the economic modernization of Jordan and related to the vocational and technical education and training sector, stressing the foundation's interest in cooperation with the Turkish agency to enhance the skills of its trainers continuously in line with the needs of local and international labor markets

For his part, Soylu praised the distinguished role played by the vocational training institution to empower young men and women and integrate them into the labor markets, and the advanced level that the agency touched upon when visiting the Naor vocational training institute and the Jordanian Academy for tourism and hospitality previously

The two sides agreed to strengthen future cooperation and frame a cooperation agreement that includes the development of vocational training programs in several sectors according to the priorities of the vocational training institution and according to the areas characterized by the Turkish experience in education and vocational training, including the tourism and hospitality sector, the agricultural sector, the mechanical maintenance sector, and the programming and Automatic Control Sector
