قام وفد من الأكاديمية الأردنية لفنون الطهي ومنظمة سويس كونتاكت السويسرية بزيارة إلى الأكاديمية الأردنية للسياحة والفندقة التابع لمؤسسة التدريب المهني ، بهدف تعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في مجال الفندقة والطهي , وتطوير برامج فنون الطهي والذي يهدف الى تشجيع الشباب والشابات للالتحاق في البرامج والتي سيتم تصميمها ضمن المعايير الدولية.
وأكد مدير عام المؤسسة المهندس أحمد مفلح الغرايبه خلال اللقاء الذي عقد في الاكاديمية الاردنية للسياحة اهتمام المؤسّسة بتعزيز تعاونها مع الجهات الدولية المعنية بتطوير قطاع التدريب المهني والتقني بالأردن لتوفير البرامج النوعية للشباب والشابات بالمحافظات كافة.
واستعرض الغرايبه المحاور الاستراتيجية للمؤسّسة للأعوام 2022-2025 و المنبثقة من رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي للأردن والمرتبطة بقطاع التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، مؤكداً اهتمام المؤسّسة بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص لتعزيز مهارات المتدربين باستمرار وبما يتوافق مع احتياجات أسواق العمل المحلية والدولية.
وتخللت الزيارة جولة شاملة في المشاغل التدريبية في الأكاديمية، حيث تمكن الزوار من مشاهدة العملية التدريبية والتعرف على أحدث التقنيات والممارسات في هذا المجال الحيوي.
كما تم خلال الزيارة بحث سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين التدريب المهني ومنظمة سويس كونتاكت والأكاديمية الأردنية لفنون الطهي، وتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة في مجال الفندقة والطهي، بهدف بناء شراكة استراتيجية تعود بالفائدة على الجانبين في المستقبل.

Vocational training discusses ways of cooperation with the Jordanian Academy of culinary arts (RACA ) and the Swiss contact Swiss organization (swisscontact)
A delegation from the Jordanian Academy of culinary arts and the Swiss contact organization visited the Jordan Academy of Tourism and hospitality affiliated to the vocational training institution, with the aim of enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences in the field of hospitality and cooking, and developing culinary arts programs aimed at encouraging young men and women to enroll in programs that will be designed within international standards
The Director General of the foundation, Eng. Ahmed Mufleh Al-gharaiba, confirmed during the meeting held at the Jordanian Academy of tourism, the foundation's interest in strengthening its cooperation with international bodies concerned with the development of the vocational and technical training sector in Jordan to provide quality programs for young men and women in all governorates.
Al gharaiba reviewed the strategic axes of the foundation for the years 2022-2025 emanating from the vision of the economic modernization of Jordan and related to the vocational and technical education and training sector, stressing the foundation's interest in cooperation with the private sector to enhance the skills of trainees continuously and in accordance with the needs of local and international labor markets.
The visit included a comprehensive tour of the training workshops at the academy, where visitors were able to watch the training process and learn about the latest technologies and practices in this vital field.
During the visit, they also discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between vocational training, Swiss contact and the Jordanian Academy of culinary arts, and exchange experiences and knowledge in the field of hospitality and cooking, with a view to building a strategic partnership that will benefit both sides in the future.
