وقّعت مؤسسة التدريب المهني الخميس مذكرة تفاهم مع المجلس الوطني لشؤون الأسرة تهدف إلى تعزيز سبل الشراكة والتعاون لإيجاد بيئة معززة ومراعية لرعاية الطفولة المبكرة وكبار السن وتمكين المرأة اقتصاديا .
ووقع الاتفاقية مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبه وأمين عام المجلس الوطني لشؤون الأسرة الدكتور محمد مقدادي.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى التدريب على تخصصات حاضنة/ مربية أطفال ومعاون كبار سن، بالإضافة لدعم إنشاء الحضانات المنزلية والمؤسسية، بالإضافة لتشبيك الخريجات الحاصلات على مؤهلات علمية في مجالات الطفولة المبكرة ومعاون كبار سن والتخصصات ذات العلاقة بفرص العمل المتاحة، وإنشاء وتطوير منصة الكترونية لربطهن بفرص العمل.
وقال مقدادي إن الاتفاقية جاءت استكمالاً للجهود المبذولة في مأسسة القضايا التي تصب في مصلحة الأسرة، وتعزيزاً لأطر التعاون والشراكة بين مؤسسة التدريب المهني والمجلس؛ والتي بدأت منذ العام 2018, لتنفيذ الخطط والبرامج والأنشطة ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما ينسجم والاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل، وتعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص في مراحل التعليم والتدريب
ولفت مقدادي إلى أنّ الاتفاقية جاءت لتعزيز التعاون المشترك في إعداد وتطوير المناهج والأدلة والبرامج التدريبية في مجال الحضانات وكبار السن وتمكين المرأة؛ وذلك بتوجيه الدعم المناسب من قبل المجلس والتدريب المهني من أجل تحسين فرص مشاركة المرأة اقتصاديا وإنشاء الحضانات المنزلية والمؤسسية.
بدوره قال مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبة إنّ المؤسّسة حريصة على تعزيز تعاونها مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والقطاعات التنموية، لتوفير برامج تدريبية نوعية للشباب بالمحافظات كافة، لافتا إلى تنفيذ وتسويق برامج تدريبية مشتركة، والسعي لعقد المزيد من الشراكات النوعية لتطوير برامجها التدريبية.
وأكد الغرايبة ان مؤسسة التدريب المهني لديها الخبرة في مجال تقديم خدمات التدريب المهني واعداد القوى العاملة المدربة و المؤهلة حيث تنتشر معاهدها في مختلف مناطق المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية وتقدم كافة انماط البرامج التدريبية لكافة الفئات المستهدفة و المؤسسات الانتاجية والخدمية في القطاعين العام والخاص وبالتعاون الوثيق مع الهيئات والمنظمات الاهلية ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي وذلك من خلال 28 معهد موزعة على كافة محافظات المملكة واكثر من 120 برنامج تدريبي يتم تطبيقها.
ويذكر أن الشراكة بين مؤسسة التدريب المهني والمجلس الوطني لشؤون الأسرة خلال الستة أعوام الماضية، عنها عدة إنجازات مشتركة من بينها؛ إعداد وتطوير أول منهاج تدريبي شامل على مستوى المملكة، وتخريج (362) فتاة من مؤسسة التدريب المهني وحصولهن على شهادة مزاولة مهنة.
Vocational Training and the National Institute for Family Affairs sign a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in child and elderly care and women’s economic empowermentToday, Thursday, the Vocational Training Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Council for Family Affairs aimed at enhancing ways of partnership and cooperation
To create an enhanced and sensitive environment for early childhood care, the elderly, and the economic empowerment of women.
The agreement was signed by the General Director of the Vocational Training Corporation, Eng, Ahmed Al-Gharaibeh, and the Secretary-General of the National Council for Family Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Miqdadi
The agreement aims to train in the specializations of babysitter and elderly assistant, in addition to supporting the establishment of home and institutional nurseries, in addition to networking female graduates with academic qualifications in the fields of early childhood, elderly assistant and specializations related to available job opportunities, and creating and developing an electronic platform to connect them with job opportunities.
Miqdadi said that the agreement came as a continuation of the efforts made to institutionalize issues that are in the interest of the family, and to strengthen the frameworks of cooperation and partnership between the Vocational Training Corporation and the Council which began in 2018, to implement plans, programs and activities of common interest, in line with the actual needs of the labor market, and to enhance the participation of the private sector in the stages of education and training.
Miqdadi pointed out that the agreement came to enhance joint cooperation in preparing and developing curricula, guides, and training programs in the field of nurseries, the elderly, and women’s empowerment. This is done by directing appropriate support from the Council and vocational training in order to improve women’s economic participation opportunities and establish home and institutional nurseries
In turn, the General Director of the Vocational Training Corporation, Engineer Ahmed Al-Gharaibeh, said that the Corporation is keen to strengthen its cooperation with local community institutions and development sectors, to provide quality training programs for young people in all governorates, pointing to the implementation and marketing of joint training programs, and the pursuit of more qualitative partnerships to develop its training programs
Al-Gharaibeh confirmed that the Vocational Training Corporation has experience in the field of providing vocational training services and preparing a trained and qualified workforce, as its institutes are spread in various regions of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and provide all types of training programs for all target groups and production and service institutions in the public and private sectors, in close cooperation with civil society organizations and local community institutions, through 28 institutes distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom and more than 120 training programs being applied.
It is noteworthy that the partnership between the Vocational Training Corporation and the National Council for Family Affairs over the past six years has resulted in several joint achievements, including: Preparing and developing the first comprehensive training curriculum in the Kingdom, and graduating (362) girls from the Vocational Training Corporation and obtaining a profession practice certificate.
