أكد مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس احمد الغرايبة انه سيتم بالشراكة مع جميع الجهات المعنية العمل على تشكيل فريق عمل لإنشاء أكاديمية متخصصة في مجال فنون الطهي في محافظة جرش تتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل خلال الفترة المقبلة.
وأشار خلال لقائه اليوم في معهد تدريب جرش أعضاء مجلس المحافظة والبلدية أن المؤسسة تحرص على تعزيز أطر التعاون مع مختلف القطاعات لتطوير منظومة التدريب المهني بما يتواكب مع التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتخصصات المستقبل وبما يتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل وبحث القضايا التي تواجه قطاع التدريب المهني وزيادة التشاركية والتعاون لخدمة الشباب والشابات والمساهمة في محاربة ظاهرتي الفقر والبطالة وتوفير الفرص النوعية المستدامة في المحافظة.
وقال أن هذا اللقاء يأتي تأكيداً على تنفيذ ما جاء في رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي والتوجيهات الملكية لجلالة الملك عبد الله الثاني من باب التواصل مع البلديات ومجالس المحافظات لتعزيز الدور التكاملي التشاركي وتنفيذ برامج مشتركة وفقاً لاحتياجات سوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي والدولي.
وأضاف الغرايبة أن مؤسّسة التدريب المهني هي جزء أساسي من عناصر التنمية وهي معنية أساساً في عمليات التأهيل والتدريب وتنمية المهارات لدى الشباب والشابات من أجل صقلهم وإدخالهم لسوق العمل وفقاً لمتطلباته.
واكد رئيس اللجنة الأداريه في المحافظة علي الرواشدة الاستعداد للتعاون الكامل مع المؤسسة من خلال إتاحة البنية التحتية التابعة للبلدية في جميع الأولوية لإتاحة فرص التدريب النوعي للشباب الذكور والإناث بالمحافظة، وإمكانية إتاحة مشاغل البلدية في مجالات المركبات والحداد وغيرها لتنفيذ تدريبات مشتركة مع المؤسسة، واستعداد البلدية للتعاون في المجالات التوعوية والإعلامية بالمنصات المتاحة لديها.
وعلى هامش اللقاء تم افتتاح مشغل الحلاقة والذي تم تمويله من مجلس المحافظة ثم قام الغرايبة واعضاء لجنة المحافظة بجولة تفقدية على المشاغل والالتقاء بالمتدربين للاطلاع على احتياجاتهم.

- The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, confirmed that he will work in partnership with all concerned authorities to form a working team to establish a specialized academy in the field of Culinary Arts in Jerash governorate that meets the requirements of the labor market during the coming period
During his meeting today at the Jerash training institute, he pointed out that the institution is keen to strengthen cooperation frameworks with various sectors to develop the vocational training system in line with modern technology and future specialties and in line with the needs of the labor market, discuss issues facing the vocational training sector, increase participation and cooperation to serve young men and women and contribute to fighting the phenomena of poverty and unemployment and providing sustainable qualitative opportunities in the province
He said that this meeting comes as a confirmation of the implementation of the vision of economic modernization and the royal directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II through communication with municipalities and provincial councils to enhance the participatory integrated role and the implementation of joint programs according to the needs of the local, regional and international labor market
He added that the vocational training institution is an essential part of the elements of development and is mainly involved in the processes of qualification, training and skills development of young men and women in order to refine them and enter the labor market in accordance with its requirements
The head of the administrative committee in the province of rawashda confirmed the readiness to cooperate fully with the foundation by making available the infrastructure of the municipality in all priority to provide qualitative training opportunities for male and female youth in the province, the possibility of making available the municipality's workshops in the fields of vehicles, blacksmithing and others to implement joint training with the foundation, and the readiness of the municipality to cooperate in the fields of awareness and media platforms available to it
On the sidelines of the meeting, the barber shop was opened, which was funded by the governorate council, then Al-gharaiba and the members of the governorate committee conducted an inspection tour of the shops and met with the trainees to see their needs
