ضمن التعاون بين مؤسسة التدريب المهني وغرفة صناعة الأردن والجمعية الملكية للتوعية الصحية تم اختتام برنامج الجلسات التثقيفية ضمن برنامج المهارات الحياتية الذي أقيم في معهد تدريب مهني الهاشمية، وذلك من خلال مشروع "برنامج نجاحنا" لمجموعات من المتدربين، حيث هدف البرنامج إلى تنمية مهارات وقدرات المتدربين لربط احتياجات سوق العمل بنتائج التدريب المهني.
وإستفاد من البرنامج 30 متدربا من مختلف تخصصات المعهد, حيث انعقد البرنامج على مدار 8 جلسات تدريبية تنوعت ما بين المهارات النظرية والمهارات العملية للأنشطة التفاعلية، وتناول البرنامج العديد من المواضيع الهامة منها مهارات الإتصال والتواصل، التقديم الوظيفي وكتابة السيرة الذاتية، مهارات الخطابة والإلقاء ، مهارات حل النزاع، وفي حفل الإختتام
وتولي مؤسسة التدريب المهني اهتمامًا خاصًا بمواكبة أحدث الوسائل والأساليب التدريبية، بهدف تحسين نتائج التدريب وتناسبها مع سوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي، كما تسعى المؤسسة إلى شراكات مع جميع الجهات، سواء في القطاع العام أو الخاص، لتوفير خدمات تدريبية ذات جودة للمتدربين.

As part of the cooperation between the vocational training institution, the Jordan Chamber of industry and the Royal Society for health awareness, the program of educational sessions within the life skills program held at the Hashemite vocational training institute was concluded through the project "our success program" for groups of trainees, where the program aimed to develop the skills and abilities of trainees to link the needs of the labor market with the results of vocational training
The program benefited 30 trainees from various disciplines of the institute, where the program was held over the course of 8 training sessions varied between theoretical skills and practical skills for interactive activities, and the program dealt with many important topics including communication skills, job application and resume writing, public speaking and speech skills, conflict resolution skills, and at the closing ceremony
The vocational training institution pays special attention to keeping abreast of the latest training tools and methods, with the aim of improving training results and matching them with the local and regional labor market.the institution also seeks partnerships with all parties, whether in the public or private sector, to provide quality training services to trainees
