استقبل مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبه امس الثلاثاء مدير الوكالة التركية بالأردن عبدالرحمن صويلو في معهد تدريب مهني السلط الحرفي.

وأعرب الغرايبه خلال اللقاء عن أهمية الاطلاع على التجربة التركية المتميزة في مجال التدريب المهني، وأشاد بنجاح تركيا في مجالات عدة كالسياحة والفندقة والحرف التقليدية والمشاريع الزراعية، مؤكداً أهمية تبادل الخبرات بين البلدين في سبيل تطوير منظومة التدريب المهني في الأردن، في ظل الشراكات التي تقوم بها المؤسسة مع المنظمات والدول خاصة التي لديها تجارب ناجحة في مجالات التدريب المهني مثل تركيا والبرازيل وكوريا.

ومن جانبه، أكد صويلو على أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين الأردن وتركيا في مجال التدريب المهني، مشيراً إلى أن تبادل المدربين بين البلدين يعتبر خطوة مهمة لرفع كفاءة المدربين بين الجانبين لتحسين مستوى التدريب وتبادل الخبرات، والخروج بتقارير نهائية لتعزيز نقاط القوة وعلاج نقاط الضعف.

في هذا الإطار أكد الغرايبه أن أحد محاور الخطة الإستراتيجية للمؤسسة للأعوام 2022-2025 هو تأهيل المدربين ويتم من خلال شراكات المؤسسة مع القطاع الخاص والمنظمات الدولية، كما أن هناك شراكة تجمع المؤسسة بالجامعة الأردنية في الدبلوم العالي للتدريب على المهارات التي يحتاج  اليها المدرب ضمن بيئة التدريب، عدا عن التعاون الذي سيكون بين المؤسسة وأكاديمية الملكة رانيا على أساليب التدريس بحيث يتعرف المدرب من خلال الأكاديمية على كل المهارات وأساليب التدريس ويُصقل ذلك بالجانب التطبيقي في معاهد مؤسسة التدريب المهني.

و قال صويلو أن لديه لقاء مرتقب مع السفير التركي في الأردن اردام اوزان وسيعكس له نتائج هذه الزيارة حيث للسفارة دور مهم في تقديم كل اشكال الدعم لأي مشروع تعاون مشترك بين الطرفين، اضافة أن هذا يشكل داعما مهما لتعزيز العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الأردن وتركيا.

وأضاف الغرايبه أن أحد المشاريع المهمة للمؤسسة هو مشروع تمكين المرأة الذي إنطلق عام 2008 ويهدف الى زيادة اعداد الملتحقات في برامج التدريب المهني والتغلب على كافة التحديات التي تحول دون تدريبهن وتأهيلهن لسوق العمل، إلى جانب عقد اتفاقيات تدريب منتهية بالتشغيل  والتي تهدف إلى تدريب الفتيات وتشغيلهن في مكان العمل مثل اتفاقية "تدريب في مجال الخياطة".

وعبر الغرايبه عن إمكانية التعاون في مجال النجارة الديكور والإستفادة من النموذج التركي في هذا المجال، خاصة أن المؤسسة إتجهت في عام 2023 إلى الأعمال الإنتاجية في كافة التخصصات التي تعتمدها المؤسسة وامكانية التوسع أكثر كما في التجربة التركية.

وأشاد الطرفان بالعلاقات الثنائية القوية بين الأردن وتركيا، معربين عن استعدادهما لتعزيز هذه العلاقات من خلال التعاون في مجالات التدريب المهني وتبادل الخبرات والبرامج التدريبية.

ثم قام السيد صويلو بجولة ميدانية في مشاغل معهد السلط الحرفي بدءا بمشغل النسيج والخياطة إضافة إلى جولة في معرض المعهد الذي يحتوي على منتجات حرفية متنوعة من النسيج والخزف، ومشغل إنتاج الطين ومشغل الدولاب والتشكيل ومشغل الزخرفة والتلوين والأفران التي يتم إستخدامها لتشكيل بعض الحرف، حيث أبدى إعجابه بالجهود المبذولة في تطوير مهارات المتدربين وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل،  وأشار إلى أهمية التعاون بين الطرفين للتدريب على الخزف، وانتهت الجولة بزيارة إلى معهد السلط الفندقي" سالتوس" والإطلاع على أبرز مرافق المعهد.

ويعتبر معهد السلط الحرفي أحد المعاهد المميزة لمؤسسة التدريب المهني والذي تأسس عام 2003 وانضم مؤخرا إلى شبكة مراكز التميز في مؤسسة التدريب الأوروبية.

Expanding the horizons of Jordanian-Turkish cooperation in the field of vocational training

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, received on Tuesday the director of the Turkish agency in Jordan, Abdulrahman Soylu, at the Salt vocational training institute.

During the meeting, Al-gharaiba expressed the importance of learning about the distinguished Turkish experience in the field of vocational training, and praised Turkey's success in several fields such as tourism, hospitality, traditional crafts and agricultural projects, stressing the importance of exchanging experiences between the two countries in order to develop the vocational training system in Jordan, in light of the partnerships carried out by the foundation with organizations and countries, especially those with successful experiences in the fields of vocational training such as Turkey, Brazil and Korea. 

For his part, Soylu stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between Jordan and Turkey in the field of vocational training, pointing out that the exchange of trainers between the two countries is an important step to raise the efficiency of trainers between the two sides to improve the level of training and exchange experiences, and come up with final reports to enhance strengths and remedy weaknesses.

In this context, Al-gharaiba stressed that one of the axes of the foundation's strategic plan for the years 2022-2025 is the qualification of trainers, which is carried out through the foundation's partnerships with the private sector and international organizations.there is also a partnership that brings the foundation to the University of Jordan in the higher diploma for training the skills that the trainer needs within the training environment, in addition to the cooperation that will be between the foundation and the Queen Rania Academy on teaching methods so that the trainer through the academy gets acquainted with all the skills and teaching methods and refine it with the applied aspect in the Institutes of the vocational training institution.

Soylu said that he has an upcoming meeting with Turkish ambassador to Jordan Erdam Ozan and will reflect the results of this visit to him, as the embassy has an important role in providing all forms of support for any joint cooperation project between the two parties, adding that this is an important support for strengthening diplomatic relations between Jordan and Turkey.

He added that one of the important projects of the foundation is the women's Empowerment Project, which was launched in 2008 and aims to increase the number of women enrolled in vocational training programs and overcome all the challenges that prevent their training and qualification for the labor market, in addition to holding training agreements ending with employment, which aims to train girls and employ them in the workplace, such as the "training in sewing"agreement.

He expressed the possibility of cooperation in the field of decorative carpentry and benefiting from the Turkish model in this field, especially that in 2023 the institution turned to productive work in all specialties adopted by the institution and the possibility of expanding further, as in the Turkish experience.

The two sides praised the strong bilateral relations between Jordan and Turkey, expressing their readiness to strengthen these relations through cooperation in the fields of vocational training, exchange of experiences and training programs.

Then Mr. Soylu took a field tour of the workshops of the Salt Crafts Institute, starting with the textile and sewing workshop 
In addition to a tour of the Institute's exhibition, which contains various craft products from textiles and ceramics, a clay production operator, a wheel and forming operator, an ornament and coloring operator, and furnaces that are used to form some crafts, where he expressed his admiration for the efforts exerted in developing the skills of trainees and qualifying them for the labor market, and pointed out the importance of cooperation between the two parties for training in ceramics, and the tour ended with a visit to the Saltus hotel Institute and see the most prominent facilities of the Institute.

The Institute of craftsmanship is one of the distinguished Institutes of the vocational training institution, which was established in 2003 and recently joined the network of centers of excellence at the European training institution.
