أكد مدير عام مؤسّسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد مفلح الغرايبه خلال لقائه السفير التركي بالأردنّ اردام اوزان ضمن مأدبة إفطار تحت رعاية السفارة التركية عمق العلاقات الثنائية التي تجمع الأردنّ وتركيا في مجالات التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، وأهمية تعزيز هذه العلاقات لاسيما في مجال تأهيل ورفع كفاءة المدربين في التدريب المهني والتقني، والاستفادة من التجربة التركية الناجحة في عدة قطاعات اهمها القطاع الفندقي والسياحي والقطاع الزراعي والتكنولوجيا الرقمية وصيانة الالآت ومعدات صناعية، بما يسهم في توفير فرص اقتصادية ومعالجة تحديات البطالة وفرص العمل للشباب بالمملكة.

وأضاف المهندس الغرايبه خلال اللقاء على اهتمام المؤسّسة بتعزيز تعاونها مع الجهات الدولية المعنية بتطوير قطاع التدريب المهني والتقني بالأردن لتوفير البرامج النوعية للشباب والشابات بالمحافظات كافة.

و أثنى السفير التركي على دور مؤسّسة التدريب المهني في توفير برامج مهنية رائدة للشباب بهدف تمكينهم بالمهارات المطلوبة لدى أسواق العمل المحلية والدولية، وأعرب عن اعتزازه تمتين هذه الشراكة الفترة القادمة بين الجانبين والعمل المشترك على تنمية الموارد البشرية ورفع كفاءات العاملين في القطاعات المهنية.

من جانبه، أكد مدير الوكالة التركية بالأردن عبدالرحمن صويلو على أهمية دور مؤسّسة التدريب المهني، مرحباً بتأطير اتفاقية للتعاون مع المؤسّسة الفترة القادمة للعمل المشترك على تطوير برامج السياحة والفندقة ورفع كفاءة العاملين وتبادل الخبرات بين الجانبين بهذا المجال التنموي الهام.

واتفق الجانبان تعزيز التعاون المستقبلي وتأطير اتفاقية تعاون تتضمن تطوير برامج التدريب المهني في عدة قطاعات حسب أولويات مؤسسة التدريب المهني وحسب المجالات التي تمتاز بها التجربة التركية.

The vocational training Foundation and the Turkish agency discuss ways and prospects of cooperation

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Mufleh Al-gharaiba, during his meeting with the Turkish ambassador to Jordan, ardam Ozan, at an iftar banquet under the auspices of the Turkish embassy, stressed the depth of bilateral relations that bring Jordan and Turkey together in the fields of vocational and technical education and training, and the importance of strengthening these relations, especially in the field of qualifying and raising the efficiency of trainers in vocational and technical training, and benefiting from the successful Turkish experience in several sectors, most importantly the hotel and tourism sector, the agricultural sector, digital technology and the maintenance of machinery and industrial equipment, which contributes to providing economic opportunities and addressing the challenges of unemployment and job opportunities for young people in the kingdom

During the meeting, gharaiba added that the foundation is interested in strengthening its cooperation with international bodies concerned with the development of the vocational and technical training sector in Jordan to provide quality programs for young men and women in all governorates

The Turkish ambassador praised the role of the vocational training institution in providing leading vocational programs for young people in order to empower them with the skills required by the local and international labor markets, and expressed his pride in strengthening this partnership in the coming period between the two sides and joint work on Human Resources Development and raising the competencies of workers in the professional sectors

For his part, the director of the Turkish agency in Jordan, Abdulrahman Soylu, stressed the importance of the role of the vocational training institution, welcoming the framing of a cooperation agreement with the institution for the coming period for joint work on the development of Tourism and hotel programs, raising the efficiency of employees and exchanging experiences between the two sides in this important development field

The two sides agreed to strengthen future cooperation and frame a cooperation agreement that includes the development of vocational training programs in several sectors according to the priorities of the vocational training institution and according to the areas characterized by the Turkish experience
