اطلع وفد من الوكالة الالمانية للتعاون الدولي GIZ خلال زيارة إلى معهد تدريب مهني عين الباشا وبحضور مساعد المدير العام للشؤون الفنية و الادارية المهندس ابراهيم الطراونة ومدير مديرية الخدمات المساندة رائد الحماد ومدير المعهد سفيان القضاة على المشاريع الممولة بالكامل من الوكالة الالمانية والخاصة بالمشروع الزراعي و مختبر الواقع المعزز AR المتخصص باللحامات.

وقال الطراونة إنّ المؤسّسة تسعى ضمن خطتها الاستراتيجية 2022_2025، إلى زيادة التشبيك مع المنظمات الدولية و جميع القطاعات التنموية بالقطاعين العام والخاص وتطوير البرامج التدريبية لديها والمدربين بما يتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل بالقطاع الخاص.

وأشاد الوفد بدور المؤسّسة في تطوير البرامج التدريبية المطلوبة في سوق العمل، ودورها الفاعل في تأهيل الكوادر المهنية المدربة لسوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي، لافتاً إلى إمكانية تطوير التعاون مع المؤسسة في المستقبل وبناء برامج تدريبية مشتركة لتوفير الفرص النوعية المستدامة للشباب والشابات في جميع محافظات المملكة.

هذا ويأتي البرنامج الزراعي من خلال مشروع «التدريب المهني الموجه نحو التشغيل في مجال المهن الحرفية» المنفذ من قِبَل الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ ) وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة التدريب المهني.

ويهدف المشروع  والذي طرحته  مؤسسة التدريب المهني في معاهد عين الباشا ومعهد المشارع و الغور الاوسط بالإضافة إلى معهد المفرق، العمل على محاربة البطالة و تشجيع المهن الحرفية بين الشباب والشابات في الأردن، وذلك لأهمية القطاع الزراعي الذي يوفر فرصًا كبيرة لحياة كريمة إلى جانب ترسيخ مكانته بوصفه قطاعا مهما وله أثر كبير على المجتمعات والاقتصاد الوطني.

German foundation for international cooperation GIZ visits Ain el Pasha vocational training institute

During a visit to the Ain al-Basha vocational training institute, a delegation from the German agency for international cooperation (GIZ), in the presence of assistant director general for technical and administrative affairs, Eng.Ibrahim al-Tarawneh, director of the Directorate of support services, Raed Al-Hammad, and director of the Institute, Sufyan al-QADA, reviewed the projects fully funded by the German agency for the agricultural project and the AR augmented reality laboratory specialized in welding

Tarawneh said that within its strategic plan 2022-2025, the foundation seeks to increase networking with international organizations and all development sectors in the public and private sectors and to develop its training programs and trainers in accordance with the needs of the labor market in the private sector

The delegation praised the foundation's role in developing the training programs required in the labor market, and its active role in qualifying trained professional cadres for the local and regional labor market, pointing out the possibility of developing cooperation with the foundation in the future and building joint training programs to provide sustainable qualitative opportunities for young men and women in all governorates of the kingdom

This agricultural program comes through the project "employment-oriented vocational training in the field of craft professions" implemented by the German international cooperation (GIZ) and in cooperation with the vocational training foundation

The project, which was launched by the vocational training Foundation at Ain al-Pasha institutes, the project Institute, the middle Valley, in addition to the Mafraq institute, aims to fight unemployment and encourage vocational professions among young men and women in Jordan،

This is due to the importance of the agricultural sector, which provides great opportunities for a decent life, as well as consolidating its position as an important sector with a significant impact on societies and the national economy
