التقى مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد مفلح الغرايبه يرافقه مساعد المدير العام للشؤون الفنية والادارية المهندس ابراهيم الطروانة المهندس عبدالحكيم الهندي خلال اجتماع، جمع فيه جمعية الفنادق الأردنية والشركة الأردنية للتعليم الفندقي والسياحي، وتم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة سبل التعاون والتشاركية لتعزيز القطاع السياحي وخدمة المجتمع.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز القطاع السياحي في الأردن وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للزوار.

من جانبه قال الغرايبه ان استراتيجية المؤسسة للأعوام ٢٠٢٢_ ٢٠٢٥ و المنبثقة من رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي للأردن والمرتبطة بقطاع التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني  ترتكز على الشراكة الكاملة والحقيقية مع القطاع الخاص وبما يتوافق مع احتياجات أسواق العمل المحلية والدولية.

وأكد الهندي خلال اللقاء على أهمية التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص والمؤسسات التعليمية لضمان توفير بيئة سياحية متميزة.

وفي هذا السياق، أشاد الحضور إلى أهمية دور مؤسّسة التدريب المهني في تأهيل الكوادر البشرية ورفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة في القطاع السياحي، كما تم التأكيد على ضرورة تشجيع المبادرات التي تعزز الاستثمار في هذا القطاع الحيوي، وتوفير فرص عمل للشباب وتحسين الدخل الوطني.

 يذكر أن الشركة الأردنية للتعليم الفندقي لديها خبرة متميزة  في مجال التدريب والتعليم الفندقي، بالإضافة إلى جمعية الفنادق الأردنية التي تمتلك خبراتها القيمة في هذا المجال . ومن المتوقع أن يتم تبادل هذه الخبرات خلال جلسات العمل المقبلة، بهدف تعزيز الجودة وتطوير الخدمات المقدمة في القطاع السياحي.

 يأتي هذا الاجتماع في إطار الجهود  لدعم القطاع السياحي كجزء أساسي من خطط التنمية الوطنية، وتعزيز دوره في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتوفير فرص العمل للشباب الأردني.

Vocational training, the Jordanian Hotel Association and the Jordanian Association for hotel and tourism education discuss ways of cooperation

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Mufleh Al-gharaiba, accompanied by the Assistant Director General for technical and administrative affairs, Eng. Ibrahim al-tarwana, Eng. Abdul Hakim al-Hindi, met during a meeting, which brought together the Jordanian Hotel Association and the Jordanian company for hotel and tourism education. during the meeting, ways of cooperation and partnership were discussed to enhance the tourism sector and community service

This step comes within the framework of efforts to strengthen the tourism sector in Jordan and improve the services provided to visitors.

For his part, Al gharaiba said that the foundation's strategy for the yearsثقة _ثقة emanating from the vision of the economic modernization of Jordan and related to the vocational and technical education and training sector is based on a full and genuine partnership with the private sector and in accordance with the needs of the local and international labor markets

During the meeting, Al-Hindi stressed the importance of cooperation between the public and private sectors and educational institutions to ensure the provision of a distinguished tourism environment

In this context, the attendees praised the importance of the role of the vocational training institution in the qualification of human cadres and raising the level of services provided in the tourism sector, and also stressed the need to encourage initiatives that promote investment in this vital sector, providing job opportunities for young people and improving national income

It is noteworthy that the Jordanian company for hotel education has outstanding experience in the field of hotel training and education, in addition to the Jordanian Hotel Association, which has valuable experience in this field . It is expected that these experiences will be exchanged during the upcoming working sessions, with the aim of enhancing the quality and developing the services provided in the tourism sector

This meeting comes within the framework of efforts to support the tourism sector as an essential part of national development plans, and enhance its role in achieving economic stability and providing job opportunities for Jordanian youth
