في ظل استعداد مؤسسة التدريب المهني لاشراك معهد تدريب مهني جرش ضمن المعاهد المتميزة في مؤسسة التدريب الأوروبية (ETF ) تقوم خلال الفترة الحالية بتقييم جميع المشاغل في معهد تدريب مهني جرش بالاستعداد لتطبيق المعايير الاوروبية لمعاهد التميز المؤسسي.
وفي سياق متصل قام مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس احمد الغرايبة بجولة تفقدية للإطلاع على واقع الحال ومتابعة ابرز استعدادات المعهد لإنشاء اول اكاديمية متميزة لفنون الطهي، وذلك في إطار تنفيذ المبادرة الملكية لتطوير تخصص فنون الطهي بالتشارك مع الأكاديمية الأردنية لفنون الطهي في عدد من محافظات المملكة، وإستحداث أكاديميات متخصصة في هذا المجال بما يتوافق مع سوق العمل المحلي ويعزز هذا القطاع الحيوي.
وتأتي هذه الجهود في إطار الخطة الإستراتيجية لمؤسسة التدريب المهني للأعوام 2022_2025، والذي يشمل أحد محاور الخطة بناء مراكز متميزة للسياحة والفندقة في مختلف محافظات المملكة، وذلك من خلال الشراكة الكاملة والحقيقية ما بين المؤسسة والقطاع الخاص ومجالس المحافظات بما يتوافق مع احتياجات أسواق العمل المحلية والدولية ودعم التنمية المستدامة في المملكة.
وتعمل مؤسسة التدريب الأوروبية (ETF ) على توفير الدعم لعدد من الدول لتحسين نظم التعليم والتدريب المهني فيها، وتحليل احتياجاتهم المهارية وتطوير أسواق العمل لديهم، بما يساعد على تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستدام في بلدانهم.

In light of the vocational training institution's readiness to include Jerash vocational training institute among the distinguished Institutes of the European Training Foundation (ETF), during the current period, it is evaluating all the concerns at Jerash vocational training institute in readiness to apply European standards for Institutes of institutional excellence
In a related context, the director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, conducted an inspection tour to see the reality of the situation and follow up on the most prominent preparations of the institute to establish the first distinguished Academy of culinary arts, within the framework of the implementation of the royal initiative to develop the specialty of Culinary Arts in partnership with the Jordanian Academy of Culinary Arts in a number of governorates of the Kingdom, and the development of specialized academies in this field in line with the local labor market and enhance this vital sector
These efforts come within the framework of the strategic plan of the vocational training institution for the years 2022_2025, which includes one of the axes of the plan to build distinguished Centers for tourism and hospitality in various governorates of the kingdom, through a full and genuine partnership between the institution, the private sector and the provincial councils in accordance with the needs of local and international labor markets and support sustainable development in the kingdom
