بحث مدير عام مؤسّسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبه مع مدير مكتب الوكالة التركية للتعاون والتنسيق "تيكا" في عمان عبدالرحمن صويلو سبل وآفاق التعاون بين الجانبين، بحضور مساعد مدير عام التدريب المهني للشؤون الفنية والإدارية المهندس إبراهيم الطراونة ومدير المشروع السياحي إياد الشروف ومدير البرامج في الوكالة التركية محمود أبو هديب.

وأكد المهندس الغرايبه خلال اللقاء الذي عُقد بمقر الوكالة في عمان اهتمام المؤسّسة بتعزيز تعاونها مع الجهات الدولية المعنية بتطوير قطاع التدريب المهني والتقني بالأردن لتوفير البرامج النوعية للشباب والشابات بالمحافظات كافة.

واستعرض الغرايبه المحاور الاستراتيجية للمؤسّسة للأعوام 2022-2025 والمنبثقة من رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي للأردن والمرتبطة بقطاع التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، مؤكداً اهتمام المؤسّسة بالتعاون مع الوكالة التركية لتعزيز مهارات المدربين لديها باستمرار بما يتوافق مع احتياجات أسواق العمل المحلية والدولية.

من جانبه، أشاد صويلو بالدور المتميز الذي تقوم به مؤسّسة التدريب المهني لتمكين الشباب والشابات وإدماجهم لدى أسواق العمل، وبالمستوى المتطور الذي لمسته الوكالة عند زيارتها لمعهد تدريب مهني ناعور والأكاديمية الأردنية للسياحة والفندقة سابقاً.

واتفق الجانبان تعزيز التعاون المستقبلي وتأطير اتفاقية تعاون تتضمن تطوير برامج التدريب المهني في عدة قطاعات حسب أولويات مؤسسة التدريب المهني و حسب المجالات التي تمتاز بها التجربة التركية في التعليم و التدريب المهني ومنها قطاع السياحة و الفندقة، القطاع الزراعي، قطاع الصيانة الميكانيكية، و قطاع البرمجة و التحكم الآلي.

Vocational training and the Turkish agency "TIKA" discuss ways and prospects of cooperation

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, discussed with the director of the Office of the Turkish agency for cooperation and coordination "Tika" in Amman, Abdulrahman Soylu, ways and prospects of cooperation between the two sides, in the presence of Assistant Director General of vocational training for technical and administrative affairs Eng. Ibrahim al-Tarawneh, director of the tourism project Eyad al-sharouf and program manager at the Turkish agency Mahmoud Abu hadeeb

During the meeting held at the agency's headquarters in Amman, gharaiba stressed the foundation's interest in strengthening its cooperation with international bodies concerned with the development of the vocational and technical training sector in Jordan to provide quality programs for young men and women in all governorates

He reviewed the strategic axes of the foundation for the years 2022-2025 emanating from the vision of the economic modernization of Jordan and related to the vocational and technical education and training sector, stressing the foundation's interest in cooperation with the Turkish agency to enhance the skills of its trainers continuously in line with the needs of local and international labor markets

For his part, Soylu praised the distinguished role played by the vocational training institution to empower young men and women and integrate them into the labor markets, and the advanced level that the agency touched upon when visiting the Naor vocational training institute and the Jordanian Academy for tourism and hospitality previously

The two sides agreed to strengthen future cooperation and frame a cooperation agreement that includes the development of vocational training programs in several sectors according to the priorities of the vocational training institution and according to the areas characterized by the Turkish experience in education and vocational training, including the tourism and hospitality sector, the agricultural sector, the mechanical maintenance sector, and the programming and Automatic Control Sector
