بحث مدير عام مؤسّسة التّدريب المهني المهندس أحمد مفلح الغرايبه، مع رئيس مجلس ادارة الجمعية التعاونية "تمكين" للتدريب و الاستشارات الدكتورة صالحة آل شويل ومستشار التدريب المهندس هشام الرواشدة سُبل آفاق التعاون المشتركة، بحضور مساعد المدير العام للشؤون الفنية والإدارية المهندس إبراهيم الطراونة، ومدير تطوير الاعمال رأفت الصوافين
وأكد المهندس الغرايبه خلال اللقاء اهتمام المؤسّسة بتعميق الشراكة الكاملة مع كافة القطاعات المحلية و الدولية والحرص على تطوير البرامج التدريب المهني، مبيناً محاور الخطة الاستراتيجية للأعوام القادمة وما تتضمنه من رفع كفاءة المدربين والعاملين في مؤسسة التدريب المهني بالاضافة الى العمل على تطوير البرامج التدريبية بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص واستحداث التخصصات المطلوبة بكافة القطاعات لتوليد الفرص المستدامة للشباب الذكور والإناث بالمحافظات كافة.
وعبر الغرايبه عن سعادته بالشراكة مع جمعية "تمكين" وتطلعات مؤسسة التدريب المهني إلى مزيد من آفاق التعاون المشترك مع الجمعية.
وأشارت آل شويل إلى إنفتاح الجمعية على المجتمع الأردني، وتمتعها بالمرونة لتطوير خطابها وتجويد منتجها في كافة المجالات، إذ أن الجمعية تواكب جميع التطورات وتعمل بكل مهنية للتفاعل الإيجابي بكل ما يُطرح ويستجد من أحداث على الساحة المحلية بشكل خاص، والعربية والإقليمية والدولية بشكل عام حيث أن الجمعية تقوم بتقديم الخدمات والدراسات والاستشارات والتدريب وإيجاد شراكات مع القطاعين العام والخاص بالاضافة الى إعداد وتنفيذ وتطوير الخدمات الفنية والتشغيل والصيانة والإمداد للمصانع والشركات لرفع كفاءة العاملين.
ويذكر أن الجمعية التعاونية تمكين للتدريب والاستشارات تعتبر مرجعا متخصصاً في تقديم الاستشارات والابحاث والتدريب بطريقة مهنية تعزز الشراكة المجتمعية وتلبي احتياجات المجتمعات في القطاعين العام والخاص وعلى المستويات المحلية والاقليمية وبما يحقق التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية .
Vocational Training and the Tamkeen Association are discussing developing training and consulting programs
The General Director of the Vocational Training Corporation, Eng. Ahmed Mufleh Al-Gharaibeh, discussed with the Chairman of the Board of the Cooperative Association “Tamkeen” for Training and Consultations, Dr. Salha Al Shuwail, and the Training Advisor, Eng, Hisham Al-Rawashdeh, ways of joint cooperation prospects, in the presence of the Assistant Director for Technical and Administrative Affairs, Eng, Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh, and the Director of Business Development Raafat Al-Sawafin
During the meeting, Engineer Al-Gharaibeh confirmed the institution’s interest in deepening the full partnership with all local and international sectors and its keenness to develop vocational training programs, indicating the topics of the strategic plan for the coming years and what it includes in raising the efficiency of trainers and workers in the vocational training Corporation, in addition to working to develop training programs in cooperation with the private sector and creating the required specializations in all sectors to generate sustainable opportunities for young men and women in all governorates.
Al-Gharaibeh expressed his happiness with the partnership with the “Tamkeen” Association and the aspirations of the Vocational Training Corporation for more prospects for cooperation with the Association.
Al Shuwail also expressed her pride in the role of the Vocational Training Corporation and the association looks forward to more prospects for cooperation and building a real partnership with it to benefit from the services provided by the corporation
Al-Shuwail pointed out the association’s openness to Jordanian society, and its flexibility to develop its discourse and improve its product in all fields, as the association keeps pace with all developments and works professionally to interact positively with all the emerging events on the local scene in particular, and the Arab, regional and international arena in general, as The association provides services, studies, consultations, training, and creates partnerships with the public and private sectors, in addition to preparing, implementing, and developing technical services, operation, maintenance and supply for factories and companies to raise the efficiency of workers.
It is noteworthy that the Tamkeen Cooperative Association for Training and Consultations is considered a specialized reference in providing consultations, research and training in a professional manner that enhances community partnership and meets the needs of communities in the public and private sectors at the local and regional levels in a way that achieves economic and social development.
