قال مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس احمد الغرايبه إن الخطة الإستراتيجية للمؤسسة تهدف إلى توفير برامج تدريبية متطورة تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل المحلي، كما تمتلك المؤسسة المرونة الكاملة باعادة صياغة هذه البرامج بالتعاون مع هيئة تنمية وتطوير المهارات المهنية والتقنية، حيث تقوم الهيئة بتزويد المؤسسة بشكل مستمر بكل المهن المطلوبة والتي يحتاجها سوق العمل، وبناء على هذه التقارير تقوم المؤسسة بتطوير برامجها التدريبية، مما يساهم في أن يكون خريج مؤسسة التدريب المهني يمتلك كافة المهارات والكفاءات المهنية والفنية والتقنية التي يطلبها سوق العمل.

واضاف خلال مقابلة تلفزيونية انه في ضوء التطور السريع بالتكنولوجيا وبعد الثورة الصناعية الرابعة اصبحت المهارات الرقمية من أهم المهارات التي يجب ان يتسلح بها الشاب الذي سينخرط بسوق العمل، لذلك جاء محور التحول الرقمي من ابرز محاور الخطة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة خلال 2022_2025.

وأكد أن المؤسسة تعمل على تعزيز مشاركة الإناث في سوق العمل، حيث بلغت نسبة مشاركتهن في المؤسسة حوالي 43%، من خلال طرح تخصصات ملائمة للسيدات بشكل اكبر وطرح البرامج المختصة بالمهارات الرقمية، إلى جانب رفع كفاءتها في سوق العمل، حيث هناك اقبال كبير على البرامج المرتبطة بالحضانات والريادة المهنية بالشراكة مع بعض الجهات مثل وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية ومنظمات المجتمع الدولي، من خلال تدريبهن على برامج معتمدة في ادارة الحضانات والبرامج المرتبطة القائم بالرعاية الصحية والعلوم الصحية والتجميل والصناعات الجلدية والحياكة.

وفي إطار تطوير المدربين، أكد الغرايبه على أهمية إعادة تأهيلهم ورفع كفاءتهم، وذلك من خلال شراكة  المؤسسة مع القطاع الخاص وتبني برامج تدريبية عالمية يتم التدريب عليها بواسطة منظمات دولية، بالإضافة إلى ابتعاث المدربين للتعرف على تجارب التدريب المهني والتقني في الخارج.

وأشار الغرايبه إلى الاتفاقية التي تم توقيعها بين المؤسسة وجامعة الحسين التقنية، حيث تم بموجبها تحويل 7 معاهد تابعة للمؤسسة إلى كليات تدرس برامج معتمدة من الجامعة، مما يعكس التزام المؤسسة بالتميز وتوفير التدريب المهني المتطور للشباب في الأردن، في ظل إنتشار معاهد المؤسسة بكافة المحافظات من خلال 28 معهدا إلى جانب انشاء معهدين إضافيين.

Gharaiba: providing advanced training programs and promoting female participation in the labor market

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al gharaiba, said that the strategic plan of the institution aims to provide advanced training programs that meet the needs of the local labor market, and the institution also has full flexibility to reformulate these programs in cooperation with the authority for the development and development of professional and technical skills, as the authority continuously provides the institution with all the required professions needed by the labor market, and based on these reports, the institution develops its training programs, which contributes to the graduate of the vocational training institution possess all the professional, technical and technical skills and competencies required by the labor market.

He added during a television interview that in light of the rapid development of technology and after the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital skills have become one of the most important skills that a young person who will enter the labor market should be armed with, so the axis of digital transformation came from the most prominent axes of the strategic plan of the institution during 2022-2025.

He stressed that the foundation is working to enhance the participation of females in the labor market, where the percentage of their participation in the institution reached about 43%, by offering more suitable specialties for women and offering programs specialized in digital skills, in addition to raising their efficiency in the labor market, where there is a great demand for programs related to nurseries and professional leadership in partnership with some entities such as the Ministry of Social Development and international community organizations, through training them on accredited programs in the management of nurseries and programs related to the health care and Health Sciences, cosmetology, leather industries and knitting.

As part of the development of trainers, Al Gharaibeh stressed the importance of rehabilitating them and raising their efficiency, through the foundation's partnership with the private sector and the adoption of international training programs that are trained by international organizations, in addition to sending trainers to learn about the experiences of vocational and technical training abroad.

Al gharaiba pointed to the agreement signed between the foundation and Al Hussein Technical University, according to which 7 institutes affiliated with the foundation were converted into colleges that study programs accredited by the University, reflecting the foundation's commitment to excellence and providing advanced vocational education for young people in Jordan, in light of the spread of the foundation's institutes in all governorates through 28 institutes, in addition to the establishment of two additional institutes.
