بحث مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني والمدير التنفيذي لأكاديمية الملكة رانيا العبدالله لإعداد المعلمين، الخميس، في مقر الأكاديمية، سبل تعزيز التعاون والشراكة في تنفيذ البرامج المشتركة.

وتناول اللقاء برامج التدريب المشتركة في مجالات تطوير المهارات الشخصية للمدربين، والريادة والابتكار في التدريب المهني من خلال مشروع إعداد معلمي التعليم المهني، وتبادل الخبرات في مجال البرامج التي تقدمها الأكاديمية، وإشراك عدد من مدربي التدريب المهني فيها، من خلال منصة الأكاديمية، وتبادل مجال الخبرات بمعاهد التميز الذي يقدمه برنامج دبلوم التدريب المهني، والتأكيد على التعاون المشترك.

وقال مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس أحمد الغرايبة، إن المؤسسة تسعى وضمن التوجيهات الملكية لرفع و تطوير منظومة التدريب والتعليم المهني والتقني، حيث تعمل على تأسيس شراكات حقيقية مع كل المؤسسات الحكومية، والقطاع الخاص، والمنظمات الدولية لرفع كفاءة وإعادة تأهيل مدربيها.

وأشار إلى أن هذا اللقاء مع الأكاديمية يأتي للاستفادة من تجربتها في رفع كفاءة وإعادة تأهيل المعلمين، بحيث يتم نقل التجربة للمدربين في مؤسسة التدريب المهني، مؤكدا ضرورة تحسين جودة العمل و تقديمه لمتلقي الخدمة.

من جهته، أشار المدير التنفيذي لأكاديمية الملكة رانيا العبدالله، أسامة عبيدات إلى أهمية هذه الشراكة، واليت تجمع بين إعداد المعلمين وتدريب المعلمين في مجال عمل المعلم المهني، مؤكدًا أن مثل هذه الشراكة تنتج توأمة عمل بين الأكاديمية والمؤسسة في سبيل تجويد الخدمة للمتدربين من جهة وللمعلمين والمدربين من جهة أخرى.

وحضر اللقاء، مساعد مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني للشؤون الفنية و الإدارية المهندس إبراهيم الطراونة، ومدير مديرية تطوير الأعمال في المؤسسة رأفت الصوافين، ومدير البرامج و المناهج المهندس عماد الصقور، والمدير التنفيذي للأداء المؤسسي والتكنولوجيا في الأكاديمية عبد المجيد الشماوي، ومدير تطوير الأعمال والنمو في الأكاديمية نبيلة بشير، حيث أكدوا ضرورة عمل برامج تنفيذية مشتركة بين المؤسسة والأكاديمية للوصول معا الى رسالة المعلم المهني التي تؤطر مفهوم التدريب المهني والتعليمي.

Discuss enhancing cooperation between vocational training and Queen Rania Teacher Training Academy

The director general of the vocational training Foundation and the executive director of the Queen Rania Abdullah Academy for teacher training discussed, on Thursday, at the Academy's headquarters, ways to enhance cooperation and partnership in the implementation of joint programs.

The meeting discussed joint training programs in the areas of personal skills development for trainers, leadership and innovation in vocational training through the vocational education teachers preparation project, the exchange of experiences in the field of programs offered by the Academy, the involvement of a number of vocational training trainers in them, through the Academy's platform, the exchange of expertise in institutes of excellence offered by the vocational training diploma program, and the emphasis on joint cooperation.

The director general of the vocational training institution, Eng.Ahmed Al-gharaiba, said that the institution seeks, within the royal directives, to raise and develop the vocational and technical training and education system, as it works to establish real partnerships with all government institutions, the private sector, and international organizations to raise the efficiency and rehabilitation of its trainers.

He pointed out that this meeting with the Academy comes to benefit from its experience in raising the efficiency and rehabilitation of teachers, so that the experience is transferred to trainers at the vocational training institution, stressing the need to improve the quality of work and provide it to service recipients.

For his part, the executive director of the Queen Rania Abdullah Academy, Osama Obaidat, pointed out the importance of this partnership, which combines the preparation of teachers and the training of teachers in the field of professional teacher work, stressing that such a partnership produces twinning work between the academy and the institution in order to improve the service for trainees on the one hand and for teachers and trainers on the other.

The meeting was attended by the assistant director general of the vocational training institution for technical and administrative affairs, Eng.Ibrahim Tarawneh, director of the business development directorate at the institution, Raafat Al-sawafin, director of programs and curricula, Eng. Emad al-sokour, executive director of institutional performance and technology at the Academy, Abdul Majid Al-shamawi, and director of business development and growth at the Academy, Nabila Bashir, where they stressed the need to make joint executive programs between the institution and the academy to reach together the message of the professional teacher that frames the concept of vocational and educational training.
