رعى مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني المهندس احمد الغرايبة، امس الثلاثاء، احتفال معهد تدريب مهني السلط الحرفي بمناسبة انضمامه الى مراكز التميز المعتمدة لدى مؤسسة التدريب الأوروبية ETF في مبنى المعهد في السلط.

وقال الغرايبة خلال حفل الاعتماد ان المؤسسة تمضي قُدما في انفاذ التوجيهات الملكية لتأهيل الشباب و تمكينهم  بالمهارات الفنية و المهنية حسب المعايير الدولية وبما يتناسب مع اسواق العمل المحلية و العربية و الدولية، و بما يتواءم مع توجيهات سمو ولي العهد الأمير الحسين بن عبد الله الثاني - حفظه الله، باستثمار مهارات المتدربين في المجالات التنموية كافة.

 وأكد الغرايبة ان انضمام المعهد لشبكة مراكز التميز في مؤسسة التدريب الاوروبية يأتي كجزء من خطة تطوير منظومة التدريب المهني و التقني، وفق افضل الممارسات العالمية للتدريب على المهن المطلوبة في سوق العمل و خصوصاً مهن المستقبل و الوظائف المهنية المتخصصة.

من جهته قال مساعد المدير العام للشؤون الفنية و الادارية المهندس ابراهيم الطروانة ان المؤسسة تسعى الى الحصول على اعتمادية  (ETF) لمزيد من معاهد المؤسسة، حيث حصل معهد القويسمة و الاكاديمية الأردنية للسياحة و الفندقة على الاعتماد ايضاً، فيما تسعى خمسة معاهد اخرى للحصول على الاعتماد خلال الفترة القادمة.

على صعيد آخر تعمل مؤسسة التدريب الأوربية (ETF) على توفير الدعم لعدد من الدول لتطوير و تحديث منظومة التدريب المهني و التقني و تحليل احتياجات المؤسسات المهنية و تطوير اسواق العمل لديهم، ويذكر ان مؤسسة التدريب الأوروبية (ETF) هي وكالة تابعة للاتحاد الاوروبي تأسست عام 1990 و مقرها في مدينة تورينو الايطالية.

Salt Crafts Institute is among the list of distinguished institutes

 The Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, Engineer Ahmed Al-Gharaibeh, sponsored the celebration of the Salt Crafts Institute on the occasion of its joining the Centers of Excellence accredited by the European Training Foundation (ETF), in the institute’s building in Salt.

Al-Gharaibeh said during the accreditation celebration that the Corporation is moving forward in implementing the royal directives to qualify young people and empower them with technical and vocational skills according to international standards and in accordance with the local, Arab and international labor markets and in line with the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince,Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, may God protect him, by investing in the skills of the trainees in all areas of development.

Al-Gharaibeh stressed that the Institute’s joining of the European Training Foundation’s network of centers of excellence comes as part of a plan to develop the vocational and technical training system in accordance with international best practices and to train in the professions required in the labor market, especially the professions of the future and specialized professional jobs.

For his part, Assistant Director for Technical and Administrative Affairs, Engineer Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh, said that the Corporation is pursuing to obtain (ETF) accreditation for more of the Foundation’s institutes, as the Al-Quwaisma Institute and the Jordanian Academy for Tourism and Hotels have also obtained accreditation, while five other institutes are pursuing to obtain accreditation during the coming period.

On another level, the European Training Foundation (ETF) works to provide support to a number of countries to develop and modernize the vocational and technical training system, analyze the needs of professional institutions, and develop their labor markets. It is noteworthy that the European Training Foundation is an agency affiliated with the European Union which was established in 1990 and is headquartered in the Italian city of Turin.
