وقع مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني عطوفة الدكتور أحمد الغرايبه اتفاقية تعاون في مجال التدريب والتشغيل مع مجموعة فنادق هيلتون من خلال مديرها الإقليمي لإدارة الموارد البشرية في المملكة العربية السعودية وبلاد المشرق العربي السيد مروان فاضل.

وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى ايجاد اطار للتعاون بين الفريقين لتنفيذ برامج تدريبية في مجال الخدمات الفندقية في المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية والمملكة العربية السعودية بما يسهم في تلبية متطلبات قطاع السياحة من خلال المشاركة في تدريب وتشغيل المتدربين وتوفير فرص العمل الملائمة لهم.

وستقوم مؤسسة التدريب المهني باعداد وتصميم البرامج التدريبيه التي تنوي عقدها بالمشاركه مع فنادق هيلتون، وذلك وفق أفضل مواصفات ومعايير التدريب والتأهيل المعتمدة في مجال الخدمات الفندقية ووفق المواصفات الفنية الواجب توافرها في المهن المطلوبة.

وستعمل مجموعة فنادق الهيلتون على تنفيذ التدريب العملي في موقع العمل ضمن مجموعة فنادقها المملوكة له والمشاركة في البرامج التدريبية التي تتناسب مع  احتياج السوق المحلي بالتعاون مع المؤسسة التوعوية للفئة المستهدفة من ملتحقي معاهد المؤسسة بهدف التشجيع على العمل في القطاع الفندقي.

وقال الغرايبة، إنّ المؤسّسة حريصة على تعزيز تعاونها مع القطاع الخاص لتوفير برامج تدريبية نوعية للشباب بالمحافظات كافة، لافتا إلى تنفيذ وتسويق برامج تدريبية مشتركة، والسعي لعقد المزيد من الشراكات النوعية لتطوير برامجها التدريبية.

من جانبه، أشاد السيد مروان فاضل والوفد المرافق له بخريجي التدريب المهني والدور الذي تقوم به المؤسّسة لتأهيل الشباب الذكور والإناث بالمهارات المطلوبة في السوق المحلي والدولي، لافتاً إلى أهمية زيادة التعاون المشترك للإسهام في توفير الفرص النوعية المنتهية بالتشغيل.

َوقام الوفد بزيارة إلى الأكاديمية الاردنية للسياحة والفندقة للاطلاع على أساليب التدريب المتبعة فيها والتعرف على نظام التدريب وشروطه ومستوياته بالإضافة إلى البرامج المطبقة.

وحضر توقيع الاتفاقية من جانب مجموعة فنادق هيلتون السيد مروان فاضل / المدير الاقليمي لإدارة الموارد البشرية في المملكة العربية السعودية وبلاد المشرق العربي و السيدة سارة يحيى / مدير اقليمي اول للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية وبلاد المشرق العربي والسيد اندريه هيرينسشمت/ مدير عام فندق هيلتون البحر الميت وقصر المؤتمرات بإدارة الهيلتون والسيد لؤي حنا مدير الموارد البشرية/ فندق هيلتون البحر الميت وقصر المؤتمرات بإدارة الهيلتون.

وحضر عن جانب المؤسسة  عطوفة مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني الدكتور احمد الغرابية  ومساعد المدير العام للشؤون الفنية والادارية المهندس ابراهيم الطراونة،  ومدير الإعلام الدكتور عاطف الهريشات، ومدير مديرية تطوير الأعمال رافت الصوافين، بالإضافة إلى مدير المشروع السياحي إياد الشروف.

The Vocational Training Corporation and the Hilton Hotel Group sign a cooperation agreement in the field of training and employment

The General Director  of the Vocational Training Corporation, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al-Gharaibeh, signed a cooperation agreement in the field of training and employment with the Hilton Hotel Group through its Regional Director of Human Resources Management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Levant, Mr. Marwan Fadel.

The agreement aims to create a framework for cooperation between the two teams to implement training programs in the field of hotel services in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a way that contributes to meeting the requirements of the tourism sector by participating in training and employing trainees and providing appropriate job opportunities for them.

The Vocational Training Corporation will prepare and design the training programs that it intends to hold in partnership with Hilton Hotels, in accordance with the best specifications and standards for training and qualification approved in the field of hotel services and in accordance with the technical specifications that must be available in the required professions.

The Hilton Hotels Group will work to implement practical training on the job site within its group of hotels owned by it and participate in training programs that suit the needs of the local market in cooperation with the Awareness Foundation for the target group of those enrolled in the Foundation’s institutes with the aim of encouraging work in the hotel sector.
Al-Gharaibeh said that the Foundation is keen to strengthen its cooperation with the private sector to provide quality training programs for youth in all governorates, pointing to the implementation and marketing of joint training programs, and the pursuit of more qualitative partnerships to develop its training programs.

For his part, Mr. Marwan Fadel and his accompanying delegation praised the vocational training graduates and the role played by the Foundation in qualifying young men and women with the skills required in the local and international market, pointing out the importance of increasing joint cooperation to contribute to providing qualitative opportunities that lead to employment.

The delegation visited the Jordanian Academy for Tourism and Hotels to learn about the training methods used there and learn about the training system, conditions and levels, in addition to the applied programs.
The signing of the agreement was attended by Mr. Marwan Fadel, Regional Director of Human Resources Management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Levant, Ms. Sarah Yahya, Senior Regional Director of Recruitment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Levant, Mr. Andre Herrenschmidt, General Manager of the Hilton Dead Sea Hotel , and The Conference Palace, managed by Hilton, and Mr. Louay Hanna, Director of Human Resources, Hilton Dead Sea Hotel, and the Conference Palace, managed by Hilton.
On behalf of the Foundation, the General  Director of the Vocational Training Corporation, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al-Gharabiyeh, Assistant Director  for Technical and Administrative Affairs, Eng. Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh, Director of Media, Dr. Atef Al-Harishat, Director of the Business Development Directorate, Raafat Al-Sawafin,Director of the Central Region, Jihad Al-Masandeh and Director of the Tourism Project, Iyad Al-Sharouf, attended.
