أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة التدريب المهني/وزير العمل الدكتور خالد البكار أن المؤسسة تعمل بشكل مستمر على تطوير البرامج التدريبية لتلبي المتطلبات المتسارعة لسوق العمل، إضافة إلى تطوير البيئة التدريبية لتصبح أكثر جاذبية للشباب الأردني ذكوراً وإناثاً يرافق ذلك تطوير للبنى التحتية لمعاهد المؤسسة مراكزها التدريبية في كافة محافظات المملكة. 

وشدد الوزير خلال تفقده اليوم الإثنين معهد تدريب مهني عين الباشا يرافقه مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني بالوكالة المهندس رأفت الصوافين على أهمية تميكن الشباب بالمهارات والقدرات المطلوبة بحسب كل قطاع، لأن قيمة الأجر الذي سيحصل عليه الباحث أوالباحثة عن العمل ترتفع بقدر ما يملك الشخص من مهارات تخص فرصة العمل التي حصل عليها.

ولفت إلى ضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص في قطاعات التعدين والألبسة والمحيكات والقطاع الزراعي.
واستمع الوزير خلال جولته إلى ملاحظات المتدربين والعاملين في المعهد، والتي تناولت احتياجاتهم التدريبية ومقترحاتهم لتحسين بيئة التدريب، وتحديث المعدات، وتعزيز آليات الربط مع سوق العمل، مؤكدًا أهمية الأخذ بهذه الملاحظات ضمن نهج التحسين المستمر الذي تنتهجه المؤسسة.

من جهته، أكد مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني بالوكالة، المهندس رأفت الصوافين، أن المؤسسة تعمل وفق خطة شاملة لتطوير البرامج التدريبية وتحديث البنية التحتية لمعاهدها، بما يضمن توفير تدريب نوعي يواكب متطلبات سوق العمل ويعزز جاهزية المتدربين للانخراط فيه.

وأشار الصوافين إلى أن معهد تدريب مهني عين الباشا يُعد من المعاهد التي تشهد تطويرًا مستمرًا في المختبرات والتجهيزات، إلى جانب التركيز على التدريب التطبيقي وربط المتدربين بالقطاعات الاقتصادية الواعدة.

Al-Bakkar: Wages Increase in Proportion to the Skills Youth Possess for Each Job Opportunity
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) and Minister of Labor, Dr. Khaled Al-Bakkar, affirmed that the Corporation is continuously working on developing its training programs to meet the rapidly changing needs of the labor market. This is accompanied by improving the training environment to make it more attractive to Jordanian youth, both males and females, as well as upgrading the infrastructure of VTC institutes and training centers across all governorates of the Kingdom.
During his inspection visit on Monday to the Ain Al-Basha Vocational Training Institute, accompanied by the Acting Director General of VTC, Eng. Raafat Al-Sawafineh, the Minister stressed the importance of equipping young people with the skills and competencies required by each sector. He noted that the wage a job seeker receives increases in proportion to the skills he or she possesses for the job opportunity obtained.
Al-Bakkar also highlighted the necessity of providing training programs in partnership with the private sector, particularly in the mining, garments and textiles, and agricultural sectors.
During the visit, the Minister listened to the remarks and feedback of trainees and staff at the institute, which addressed their training needs and proposals for improving the training environment, upgrading equipment, and strengthening mechanisms for linking training with the labor market. He emphasized the importance of incorporating these observations within the Corporation’s continuous improvement approach.
For his part, Acting Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, Eng. Raafat Al-Sawafineh, affirmed that the Corporation is implementing a comprehensive plan to develop training programs and modernize the infrastructure of its institutes, ensuring the provision of high-quality training that keeps pace with labor market requirements and enhances trainees’ readiness to enter the workforce.
Al-Sawafineh added that the Ain Al-Basha Vocational Training Institute is among the institutes witnessing continuous development in laboratories and equipment, alongside a strong focus on practical training and linking trainees with promising economic sectors.
