تحت رعاية مدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني الدكتور أحمد مفلح الغرايبة، اختتمت مؤسسة التدريب المهني – قسم النشاطات – بطولة خماسي كرة القدم بمشاركة جميع معاهد المؤسسة، ضمن جهودها لتعزيز روح الفريق والتواصل بين كوادرها. 
وشهدت البطولة تأهل فريقي إدارة المؤسسة ومعهد تدريب مهني الأميرة تغريد إلى المباراة النهائية، التي انتهت بفوز فريق إدارة المؤسسة بنتيجة 10 مقابل 3 أهداف.

وجاء تنظيم البطولة بهدف ترسيخ قيم التعاون والعمل الجماعي، وتعزيز الأجواء الإيجابية في بيئة العمل، إضافة إلى منح الموظفين فرصة للتفاعل والتعارف خارج نطاق مهامهم اليومية. 
وقام الدكتور الغرايبة بتتويج فريق إدارة المؤسسة بكأس البطولة والميداليات الذهبية، فيما حصل فريق معهد تدريب مهني الأميرة تغريد على الميداليات الفضية لحصوله على المركز الثاني.

كما تم تكريم اللاعب ماجد سليحات من فريق إدارة المؤسسة بكأس هداف البطولة بعد تسجيله 17 هدفًا، وحصل اللاعب علاء أبو لوم على لقب أفضل حارس مرمى، بينما تُوِّج اللاعب رامي العبادي من فريق إدارة المؤسسة كأفضل لاعب في البطولة، إضافة إلى تكريم مراقب المباراة أحمد تبو خديجة. 
 
وحضر المباراة جمع من موظفي المؤسسة الذين تابعوا المباراة النهائية بحماس كبير.

يُذكر أن مراسم القرعة نُظمت في مقر المؤسسة بحضور ممثلي المراكز والمعاهد التدريبية، حيث جرى تقسيم الفرق إلى أربع مجموعات تنافست بنظام الدوري، ليتأهل أصحاب المراكز الأولى إلى الأدوار الإقصائية وصولًا إلى المباراة النهائية.
 وتأتي هذه البطولة ضمن سلسلة نشاطات مستمرة تعقدها المؤسسة لتعزيز الانتماء المؤسسي وخلق بيئة عمل محفزة، انسجامًا مع رسالتها في تطوير الموارد البشرية والارتقاء بجودة التدريب المهني في الأردن

Vocational Training Corporation Concludes Five-a-Side Football Championship
* The final match brought together the Corporation’s Administration Team and Princess Taghreed Vocational Training Institute Team.

Under the patronage of the Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, Dr. Ahmad Mufleh Al-Gharaibeh, the VTC – Activities Department – concluded its Five-a-Side Football Championship with the participation of all institutes of the Corporation, as part of its efforts to promote team spirit and strengthen communication among its staff.

The tournament witnessed the qualification of the Administration Team and the Princess Taghreed Vocational Training Institute Team to the final match, which ended with the Administration Team winning 10–3.

The championship aimed to reinforce values of cooperation and teamwork, enhance positive workplace atmosphere, and provide employees an opportunity to interact and connect outside their daily tasks.

Dr. Al-Gharaibeh crowned the Administration Team with the championship cup and gold medals, while the Princess Taghreed Institute Team received silver medals for securing second place.

Player Majed Sulaihat, from the Administration Team, was honored with the Top Scorer Award after scoring 17 goals, and Alaa Abu Lomm received the Best Goalkeeper Award. Meanwhile, Rami Al-Abbadi, also from the Administration Team, was named Best Player of the Tournament. Match referee Ahmad Tabou Khdeija was also recognized.

The final match was attended by a crowd of Corporation employees who followed the game with great enthusiasm.

It is worth noting that the draw ceremony was held at the Corporation’s headquarters with the attendance of representatives from training centers and institutes. The teams were divided into four groups competing in a league format, with group winners advancing to the knockout stages until reaching the final.

This championship comes as part of a series of ongoing activities organized by the Corporation to enhance institutional belonging and create a motivating work environment, in line with its mission of developing human resources and improving the quality of vocational training in Jordan.
