برعاية معالي وزير العمل رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة التدريب المهني الدكتور خالد محمود البكار، شاركت مؤسسة التدريب المهني في الندوة العربية التي نظمتها منظمة العمل العربية في العاصمة عمّان بعنوان “تطوير منظومة التدريب والتعليم التقني والمهني لصناعة رواد أعمال المستقبل”، بمشاركة ممثلي الحكومات وأطراف الإنتاج الثلاثة وخبراء من 13 دولة عربية والتي انعقدت في عمان.
ومندوبًا عن عطوفة مدير عام مؤسّسة التدريب المهني بالوكالة المهندس رأفت الصوافين، شارك مدير مشروع ريادة الأعمال المهنية / مديرية تطوير الأعمال المهندس أحمد نضال عواد بالندوة، حيث استعرض تجربة المؤسسة في تطوير برنامج ريادة الأعمال المهنية، الذي يأتي انسجامًا مع أولويات رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي ومحرك الريادة والإبداع، وبما يسهم في تمكين الشباب من تحويل مهاراتهم المهنية إلى مشاريع إنتاجية مستدامة.
وأكدت المؤسسة أن جميع برامجها التدريبية تنسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي، وتسهم في إعداد كفاءات مهنية قادرة على مواكبة التحول الرقمي ومتطلبات أسواق العمل المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، خاصة في مجالات مهارات المستقبل.
وأوضحت المؤسسة أن برنامج ريادة الأعمال المهنية جاء استجابة مباشرة لتوجيهات سمو الأمير الحسين بن عبدالله الثاني ولي العهد، خلال زيارته لمركز مادبا المتميز لفنون الطهي، والتي أكد فيها أهمية توفير فرص عمل غير تقليدية للشباب وتعزيز المسارات المهنية والريادية.
وبيّنت أن البرنامج صُمم ضمن مسارين متكاملين؛ مسار طويل الأمد يستهدف خريجي المؤسسة وخريجي الجامعات والكليات والشباب الراغبين بإطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة، بالشراكة مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة والتمويلية، ومسار يستهدف المتدربين الملتحقين بالبرامج المهنية في معاهد المؤسسة ضمن مساق المهارات الحياتية، لتمكينهم من بدء مشاريعهم فور التخرج.
وأشارت إلى أن البرنامج يركز على تزويد المشاركين بمهارات المستقبل، من خلال بناء القدرات الريادية، وإدارة المشاريع، واستخدام التكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي والتسويق الرقمي.
ولفتت المؤسسة إلى أن إنجازات البرنامج خلال عام 2025 شملت تنفيذ 32 ورشة عمل في مختلف معاهد المؤسسة بمشاركة 1601 مشارك ومشاركة، وتنظيم 3 ملتقيات لريادة الأعمال المهنية في أقاليم المملكة، استضافت 54 قصة نجاح من خريجي وخريجات المؤسسة في تخصصات مهنية متعددة، أسهمت في توفير فرص اقتصادية مستدامة والتخفيف من تحديات البطالة.
وبيّنت نتائج استبيانات البرنامج أن 93% من المشاركين أبدوا اهتمامًا جادًا بإطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة، ما يعكس الأثر الإيجابي للبرنامج في تعزيز ثقافة الريادة المهنية والعمل الحر.
وأكدت المؤسسة أهمية تعزيز الشراكة العربية المستدامة، وتبادل الخبرات، وتصميم برامج تدريبية عربية مشتركة، وتنفيذ مبادرات عربية داعمة لريادة الأعمال المهنية، بما يسهم في تمكين الشباب العربي ومواجهة تحديات أسواق العمل.

Vocational Training Corporation Showcases Its Experience in Supporting Entrepreneurship at a Regional Seminar
Amman – Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Chairman of the Board of the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC), Dr. Khaled Mahmoud Al-Bakkar, the Vocational Training Corporation participated in the Arab regional seminar organized by the Arab Labour Organization (ALO) in Amman, titled “Developing Technical and Vocational Education and Training Systems to Build the Entrepreneurs of the Future.”
The seminar was attended by representatives of governments, the tripartite production partners, and experts from 13 Arab countries.
Representing the Acting Director General of the VTC, Engineer Raafat Al-Sawafin, the Director of the Vocational Entrepreneurship Project at the Business Development Directorate, Engineer Ahmad Nidal Awad, took part in the seminar. He presented the Corporation’s experience in developing the Vocational Entrepreneurship Program, which aligns with the priorities of the Economic Modernization Vision and its entrepreneurship and innovation engine, aiming to empower youth to transform their professional skills into sustainable productive projects.
The Corporation emphasized that all its training programs are aligned with the objectives of the Economic Modernization Vision and contribute to preparing skilled professionals capable of keeping pace with digital transformation and the requirements of local, regional, and international labor markets, particularly in future skills sectors.
The VTC explained that the Vocational Entrepreneurship Program was launched in direct response to the directives of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II during his visit to the Madaba Center of Excellence for Culinary Arts, where he stressed the importance of providing non-traditional employment opportunities for youth and strengthening vocational and entrepreneurial pathways.
The program was designed around two integrated tracks: a long-term track targeting VTC graduates, university and college graduates, and youth aspiring to launch their own businesses, in partnership with governmental, private, and financial institutions; and another track targeting trainees enrolled in vocational programs at VTC institutes through the life skills course, enabling them to start their projects immediately upon graduation.
The Corporation noted that the program focuses on equipping participants with future skills, including entrepreneurial capacity building, project management, the use of technology and artificial intelligence, and digital marketing.
The VTC highlighted that the program’s achievements in 2025 included the implementation of 32 workshops across its institutes with the participation of 1,601 male and female participants, as well as the organization of three vocational entrepreneurship forums across the Kingdom’s regions. These forums hosted 54 success stories of VTC graduates in various vocational specializations, contributing to sustainable economic opportunities and reducing unemployment challenges.
Survey results showed that 93% of participants expressed serious interest in launching their own businesses, reflecting the positive impact of the program in promoting a culture of vocational entrepreneurship and self-employment.
The Corporation reaffirmed the importance of strengthening sustainable Arab partnerships, exchanging expertise, designing joint Arab training programs, and implementing Arab initiatives that support vocational entrepreneurship, contributing to the empowerment of Arab youth and addressing labor market challenges.
