أطلقت مؤسسة التدريب المهني في معهد السلامة والصحة المهنية دورة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان "أساليب واستراتيجيات تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والصحة المهنية" بمشاركة مجموعة من المتدربين من وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية من جمهورية العراق الشقيقة، وبدعم من الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي (جايكا)، وذلك في إطار دور المؤسسة الإقليمي في دعم الدول الصديقة ورفدها بالخبرات المتقدمة في مجال السلامة المهنية. تسهم هذه الدورات في نشر ثقافة السلامة وتعزيز بيئات العمل الآمنة، ويُعد المعهد مركزًا تدريبيًا إقليميًا يقدم خدماته للدول العربية والإقليمية نظرًا لخبراته المتخصصة وكوادره المؤهلة. وتشمل الدورة مجموعة من الموضوعات العملية والنظرية، من أبرزها: إدارة وتشريعات السلامة والصحة المهنية، معدات الوقاية الشخصية، النظام الإحصائي لإصابات العمل، المخاطر الفيزيائية والكيميائية، أجهزة القياس، التدريب على إجراءات السلامة، المخاطر الإنشائية والكهربائية، الوقاية من الحريق، خطط الطوارئ، المخاطر النفسية، إضافة إلى زيارات علمية وتدريبات في الإسعافات الأولية. ومن المتوقع أن يكتسب المشاركون من خلال هذه المحاور قدرة أكبر على فهم منهجيات إدارة السلامة الحديثة والتعامل الصحيح مع مختلف المخاطر في مواقع العمل، إلى جانب تعزيز مهاراتهم في استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية، وتطبيق الإجراءات السليمة لتقييم بيئات العمل، وتحليل إصابات العمل، ووضع خطط الطوارئ، والوقاية من الحريق. كما ستسهم التدريبات العملية والزيارات الميدانية في تمكينهم من استخدام أجهزة القياس المتخصصة، وتطوير مهاراتهم في الإسعافات الأولية، ورفع وعيهم بالمخاطر النفسية وأساليب الحدّ منها، بما يعزز قدرتهم على بناء بيئات عمل أكثر أمانًا واستدامة. ويواصل معهد السلامة والصحة المهنية في مؤسسة التدريب المهني ترسيخ مكانته كمركز تدريب إقليمي رائد لاسيما ان الاردن ممثلة بمؤسسة التدريب المهني تعد اليوم مركزا اقليما للتدريب في عدة مجالات مهنية وتقنية حيث يستقبل سنويًا العديد من الوفود العربية والإقليمية للاستفادة من برامجه المتخصصة في مجالات السلامة والصحة المهنية، وقد تمكن المعهد، بفضل خبراته المتراكمة وكوادره المؤهلة وتجهيزاته الفنية المتقدمة، من تقديم خدمات تدريب واستشارات نوعية تُسهم في رفع قدرات العاملين في مختلف القطاعات، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة في المؤسسات، ما جعله وجهة معتمدة للدول الشقيقة والصديقة الراغبة في تطوير قدراتها في هذا المجال الحيوي. وتؤكد مؤسسة التدريب المهني من خلال هذه الدورة استمرار دورها في دعم جهود السلامة المهنية على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي، وتعزيز التعاون مع الدول الشقيقة لضمان تطوير بيئات عمل آمنة وفق أفضل المعايير العالمية.
Vocational Training Corporation Launches a Specialized Program, Strengthening Its Status as a Regional Training Center
The Vocational Training Corporation, through the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, has launched a specialized training course titled Methods and Strategies for Enhancing Occupational Safety and Health Culture The program includes participants from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, reflecting the Corporation’s regional role in supporting partner countries and sharing advanced expertise in the field of occupational safety.
